As you feel your baby growing within you, please know you are doing one of the most sacred things you may ever do. You are being selfless by eating what your baby craves, resting when your body is tired, and moving when your body says move!
Do sacred things during this time. Here are a few ideas:
Pray- Talk to God.
Meditate- Listen to God.
Spend time with nature.
Choose healthy foods such as low glycemic fruits and green leafy vegetables.
Take spiritual baths/showers.
Watch what you allow into your spirit (Conversations, what you watch on television, what you read).
Exercise (Yoga, walking).
Love and laugh.
This is a great start!
Live a sacred life because birth is sacred!
